Mat i Valdres - RakfiskfestivalenFagernes kan med stolthet kalle seg for Norges strste rakfiskdestinasjon. Hvert r besker mer enn 25, 000 mennesker det lille bygdesamfunInternet for smake og lre om Rakfisk, men festivalen handler om mye mer enn fisk. Arrangementet foregr mellom 3. Og 5. November, og publikum kommer ofte like mye p grunn av den gode stemningen som for maten. Iflge arrangrene har faktisk hele 69 prosent av de beskende vrt p festivalen tidligere, men kommer tilbake for nyte norske kvalitetsprodukter i en helt unik atmosfre - Valdres som mteplass for turister, fastboende og hytteiere fra hele landet.
